This collection test page assigns no specific toc or navmenu, so should use the general collection navmenu and toc.

The test passes if the navmenu includes the item “NAV TEST COLLECTION” and the TOC first item should be “TOC TEST COLLECTION” (from /_data/toc_test_collection.yml).
